Lotus leaves begin their initial journey from coloured sketches before disassembly and individual treatment.

The Dance of the Viseral Realists 2020, inspired by Roberto Bolano’s The Savage Detective and the Visceral Realists poetry society of Mexico City.

Exodus. 2020 - 2022. After working in collaboration with the late Harald DeBary (1935 - 2019) on themes around immigration and especially the work of Albrecht Durer’s Schatzbehalter this work from 2022 seems to predict the current (2026) situation in the Straights of Hormuz where ships are lining up.

Exhibited as part of the Woven show curated by Ciara Hambley of Hambley & hambley this work titled Imbroglio at Dawn has journeyed from The Sasse Museum in L.A. to Dampierre in France where its accompanying written work was performed by the actor Stanley Townsend.

The Birth of Phineas has accompanied Imbroglio at Dawn (above) on its Woven Tour.

Refraction. The upside down world of obscurance where meaning gets disturbed by phenomen and all is simply dust.

More Refraction. During the period 2016 to 2020 I produced a series of works that delved into these ideas. The original piece was part of a collaboration with multiple artists on an open day and was to become the basis of a commission for the Peking Art Associates and can be seen to this day in the Rosewood Guangzhou.

Rhapsody in Blue and Green developed out of an earlier piece as a preliminary sketch. It then went into technicolour.

The Presumption of Innocence contemplates the disembodiment of humanity under seige.

Moving away from squares as building blocks this work uses strips of canvas glued diagonally across the work in brick like substrate.
